Note: This tooling was never designed for this application as this is a standard bolt repair BIG-SERT kit. It is only a last resort to install threads at the top of the head.
BIG-SERT OVERSIZED
This is just a possible last option to repair the thread.
Not approved by Mercedes
If you have a broken bolt at the bottom of the hole the 5812D this would put an oversized BIG-SERT at the top of the head but you must use a larger M8x1.25 grade 8 bolt 1″ inch or 25mm long, you can purchase separately at your local hardware store.
Caution you might have to drill the clamp slightly bigger to accommodate the M8 bolt.
