Setting tool tip:

Customers wanting to repair other vehicles with our fully threaded Big-Sert
inserts listed below other than the included p/n 51459 Triton Style may do so.

What is required is a ring that is simply screwed onto the setting tool
p/n 51484A. The ring prevents the setting tool from screwing too
deep into the fully threaded insert. The setting tool threads will now only
catch the upper portion of the insert threads.

For example: the above insert p/n 51407 is commonly used in 3/4 reach
applications such as, toyota, honda, acura, bmw, mercedes ect.

Ford Kit p/n 5553 Counterbore note : It is not necessary to use the
counterbore p/n 55518 in kit with other vehicles. The p/n 55518 counterbore
was only added to remove a step of aluminum found only in Ford Romeo Heads
.

Normally for Standard Spark Plug repairs which have never
been repaired we would recommend p/n 4412 or 4412E.

This tooling is commonly used in Imports and some domestic.
The tooling removes less material for thin wall insert repair
